Performance Physiotherapy in Vancouver
Experience, Expertise & Trust in Every Treatment
Physiotherapy can help you reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities that matter most — with greater clarity and confidence.
At Performance Clinic, our physiotherapists take a human-centred, evidence-informed approach. We take the time to understand your story, your body, your goals, and the physical and emotional demands of your life — so treatment truly fits you. Pain always exists in context. We respect the whole human story, not just the injury. We treat people — not body parts.
We provide physiotherapy care from our Vancouver locations in Yaletown and Granville Island.
Our physiotherapists bring 20+ years of clinical and elite performance experience, led by Founder and Clinical Director — Stuart Anderson [Reg. Physio/IMS, MSc Performance Psychology]. Mr. Anderson brings vast international clinical experience — from Cirque du Soleil to Olympic athletes and the Royal Ballet. He combines manual therapy with mental performance coaching, helping clients heal and perform at their best. His unique mind–body approach has been celebrated by athletes, performers, and professionals worldwide.
Our team integrates manual therapy, dry needling (IMS/NFDN™), movement analysis, rehabilitative exercise, and mental performance coaching to deliver personalized, high-impact recovery. Treatment often includes osteopathic techniques, myofascial and neural release, taping, health education—and, when appropriate, ultrasound-guided injections by Dr. Min Woo (MD), such as prolotherapy.
