Based downtown Vancouver and Granville Island, Chelsea specializes in eating disorders, teen and family therapy, somatic and expressive arts-based approaches. Drawing on training in dance movement therapy, AEDP, EFT, DBT, IFS, and Gottman couples work, she emphasizes embodied experience and relational safety. She leads sessions both in-person and online Performance Clinic.

Jack Miller, RCC CCC

Jack brings a global perspective shaped by experience working with elite athletes, military units, and corporate leaders. His approach is motivational, solution-focused, and rooted in functional behavior analysis and performance psychology. Jack works well with anxiety, sleep issues, leadership stress, behavior change, and performance under pressure. He’s available in person and online in Vancouver Performance Clinic.

Maryam Gholami, RCC

Serving the Downtown Vancouver area, Maryam supports individual and student clients dealing with anxiety, depression, work stress, self-esteem, and relationship issues. She combines compassionate insight and strengths-based action planning, helping clients align with their values and life goals. Our clinical counselling sessions in Vancouver are personalized, safe, and goal‑driven. You’ll work collaboratively with your counsellor using one or more of the following approaches:
