Jack Miller, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), CCC (Board-certified)
Jack delivers a novel and innovative viewpoint on enhancing the mind-body experience for those committed to bettering themselves each day. After an enriched psychological career spanning Spain, Thailand, Korea, Hong Kong, and Canada, and working with the U.S. military, NYPD, Republic of Korea, and elite athletes, Jack joined our team. Having spent most of his adulthood living overseas, he became a Canadian in 2019.
Growing up on a farm in the southern United States, Jack learned the value of hard work and dedication early on. His lifelong involvement in Judo and Rugby at collegiate, national, and international levels has given him a deep understanding of overcoming barriers such as fear and irrational thoughts, realizing that the skills to overcome these can be applied universally.
Academically and professionally, Jack holds an MBA with a focus on the future of AI in HealthTech and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, specializing in spectrum-related behaviors in Autism and diagnostics. His doctoral research focused on Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA) and Short Subject Research Design (SSRD), particularly concerning fear. He has contributed to "Research and Evaluation in Counselling," a textbook used widely in counseling programs, and presented at numerous U.S. state and provincial conferences.
Currently, Jack divides his time between private practice and the industrial sector, specializing in sleep disorders, behavior modification, and professional motivation and engagement. He also contributes to the industrial sector, focusing on speaking engagements, corporate leadership development, and psychological safety programming.
Jack employs a brief-motivational and solution-focused approach to help individuals overcome barriers more efficiently. He believes that you are the ultimate expert in your needs and is dedicated to helping you realize your potential.
