    1. How much time and financial investment is necessary on my part?
Generally, 4-6 sessions will provide clients with physical and mental training will be customised according to the needs of the individual. Coaching packages are available!

    2. How often will we meet?
While this is dependent on each client, generally we will meet every 1-4 weeks.

    3. It sounds like deep work. What if I’m not emotionally ready?
Depending on the nature of the issue, we have other experts on our team who can also help. The needs of the client are always paramount in our sessions.

    4. How much autonomy do I have in choosing what to work or focus on?
Performance coaching is a guided process. Often people have issues or concerns they want to address immediately. While we can certainly focus on specific areas, it’s most effective to be open to guidance and committed about ‘doing the work’.

    5. Are there take-home tasks, like homework — or will we simply meet and discuss in person?
Most sessions will have reflective question(s) or small exercises that are best practised for 5-15 minutes per day.

    6. You mention optimising mindset and body for peak performance — does that mean I receive treatments in the same session as a performance coaching session?
While both services can be delivered within a session, we try to keep them distinct from each other, depending on priority.

    7. Do you offer group sessions or workshops?
Yes! Group sessions or workshops are common and can be held as a series of workshops as well, depending on budget or need. For more information please email info@performanceclinic.ca

    8. Do you work with youth?
Yes, plus we have student rates for many services.  For performance coaching, group sessions also work well (e.g. for youth sport or dance teams preparing for major competitions).
