STUART ANDERSON, MSC. PERFORMANCE PSYCH. SPORTS PHYSIO/DRY NEEDLING, RPT HPC

Mr. Anderson is a Registered and Chartered Physiotherapist who provides a mind-body therapeutic experience to clients interested in developing sustainable high-performance and well-being. He also holds post-graduate degrees and training in performance psychology from the U.K.(University of Edinburgh). Stuart has consulted to many clients across a wide span of domains, who include: Cirque Du Soleil, The Royal Ballet (London UK), Kings of Leon, Olympic and National Team Athletes, Ballet BC, British Rally(BRC), Royal College of Surgeons, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Doctors of BC, and many others.

Stuart’s treatment approach combines osteopathic manual therapy, dry needling, customized exercise programs, pain education, tools of performance psychology and well-being strategies as most relevant to the client.

Personal trivia : Stuart was a varsity athlete in lacrosse, played in a rock band into his 30’s, and hosted radio shows in Scotland.  He’s an avid tennis and F1 fan, a long-term student practitioner of Buddhist philosophy, and horse training over the past 5 years.

DR. MIN JE WOO, DO, M.D. (MEDICAL DOCTOR)

Dr. Woo graduated from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York and went to complete his Family Medicine residency, where he served as Chief Resident in Pennsylvania followed by an extra year of fellowship in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. He is board certified in Family Practice and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine in the USA, as well as Family Medicine in Canada.

He works as a family physician with a special interest in pain management. During his free time, Dr. Woo enjoys reading about the intricacy of the human anatomy and regarding the philosophy of osteopathic medicine. He is passionate in investigating the source of pain and the role it plays on the mind, body, and spirit of the patient. He performs osteopathic manipulation, trigger points injections, perineural injections, and prolotherapy. He speaks English and Korean.

As a dedicated professional with a passion for holistic health and well-being, Lindsay brings a unique blend of expertise as a Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, and Professional Dancer.

Lindsay’s training and rehabilitation approach is rooted in functional movement, injury prevention, and in building resilience in the body and mind to support long-term lifestyle changes and sustainable fitness.

Lindsay takes pride in her ability to establish connected interpersonal relationships with her clients so she can better understand how to assist them in reaching their goals and the challenges they may face on that journey. She aims to educate her clients and enable them to feel autonomous over their bodies whether they are working on rehabilitating injuries or enhancing their performance skills.
