STUART ANDERSON, MSC. PERFORMANCE PSYCH. REG. PHYSIOTHERAPIST/ IMS

Stuart graduated from the University of Edinburgh, UBC and the University of Manchester. He provides a unique, transformative mind-body therapeutic experience. Many of his clients include those interested in developing sustainable high-performance and well-being. He has consulted to many clients across a wide span of domains, including: Cirque Du Soleil, The Royal Ballet (London UK), Kings of Leon, Olympic and National Team Athletes, Ballet BC, British Rally(BRC), Royal College of Surgeons, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Doctors of BC, and many others. Over the past 10 years, Stuart has developed Performance Clinic as a multidisciplinary approach to helping clients achieve their goals and optimize health and well-being.

Personal trivia : Stuart was a varsity athlete in lacrosse, played in a rock band into his 30’s, and hosted radio shows in Scotland. He’s an avid tennis and F1 fan, a long-term student practitioner of Buddhist philosophy, and horse training over the past 5 years.

Nancy Wang, Reg. Physio / IMS / Clinical Pilates

Nancy graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology. She is passionate about the importance of movement, and strives to empower clients to take charge of their own recovery. She loves to be fun and creative with exercises, tailoring movement to meet each individual’s needs.

She also has a special passion for working with an athletic population. Nancy’s treatment approach includes manual therapy, IMS, individualized exercise prescription, and clear education. Nancy has worked in a variety of clinical settings and is comfortable working with a wide variety of clients. Her experience includes orthopaedics (including ICBC & WSBC), clinical pilates, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and neuromuscular rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys rock climbing, tennis, and running the trails with her furry best friend. Granville island holds a special place in her heart as she used to be an avid dragonboater!

Jonathan Miller, DPT, REg. Physiotherapist

Jonathan graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctorate in Physiotherapy. He has practiced in several domains including outpatient orthopedics, acute hospital care and neurological rehabilitation. In these settings he has worked with clients across a broad continuum of age, disability, and injury.

Jonathan is passionate about empowering clients and enjoys working with all populations. He has special interest in individuals with chronic injuries and pain. He is goal oriented and finds great fulfillment in getting clients back to the activities they enjoy as soon as possible.

Jon’s treatment approaches combine different aspects of manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, and pain education. He also plans to attain his dry needling certification soon to add to his repertoire.

Outside of the clinic Jonathan is an avid weight lifter, enjoys skateboarding in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
